Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the AI Diet Planner mobile application ("App") operated by Chainspair LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you ("you" or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the App.
1. Description of the App
AI Diet Planner is a mobile application that provides users with personalized meal plans and dietary recommendations based on their individual needs and goals. The App utilizes artificial intelligence algorithms to generate customized meal plans, grocery lists, and calorie tracking features.
2. User Accounts
2.1. Account Creation:
While the App can be used without creating an account, certain features, such as posting in the feed and backing up data, require users to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep your account information updated.
2.2. Account Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
3. User Content
3.1. User-Generated Content:
The App allows users to create and upload content related to diet and health. You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with the App and our marketing and promotional activities.
3.2. Content Restrictions:
You agree not to submit any content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive;
- Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party;
- Impersonates any person or entity;
- Contains viruses or other malicious code; or
- Is otherwise objectionable, as determined by us in our sole discretion.
3.3. Content Removal:
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, edit, or remove any user-generated content that we deem inappropriate or that violates these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. Ownership:
The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by Chainspair LLC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
4.2. Limited License:
These Terms permit you to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App, except as follows:
- Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
- You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes only.
- You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the App for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
4.3. Restrictions:
You must not:
- Modify copies of any materials from the App.
- Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from the accompanying text.
- Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from the App.
5. Disclaimers
5.1. No Medical Advice:
The App is intended for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. The information provided by the App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
5.2. No Guarantee of Results:
We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or that the use of the App will lead to any specific health outcomes. Your individual results may vary.
5.3. Third-Party Content:
The App may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We have no control over the contents of those websites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
5.4. App Availability:
We strive to make the App available at all times. However, we do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may need to suspend access to the App for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Chainspair LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the app.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Chainspair LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App
8. Termination
We may terminate your access to the App, without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, your breach of these Terms. You may also terminate your use of the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. We are not responsible for any loss of data that may result from termination.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
